All My Love...

My dear fans,
The time has come. Brandy and myself have been working our asses off trying to come back onto the scene but to no avail. We are deciding to hang up our tap shoes for a bit. We are going to step out of the lime light. Brandy has had an awesome run and I have too. We thank all of you for your support. An extra special thank you to our divine stylist who has helped us maintain look after look. And to Christina, you have only just begun, don't let us bring you down dear. I'll be back...but you may not recognize me, I'm a chameleon. All My Love....

Christina had a wonderful benefit for ASPCA, as usual, we found time to pose.

It was a hard summer. We took a few weeks off from my incredile off Broadway one woman smash show Lola: Around the World in 80 Ways only to come back and have the producers close us down. They told us to take time off and when we came back they were going to push for Broadway. On September 13th 2008 LATWI80W's played it's last performance. We had an ok run and certainly with the way things are going with the economy I am not surprised. Many thanks to anyone that came out and supported us this past summer in NYC! We had a blast!

Over the last couple weeks Brandy and myself have been dealing with the show closing and her reality show not getting pick up. It has been one style change after another. I knew I had gone over the edge when I cut my hair to a should length bob. I was going for a Marilynn Monroe sort of thing...it didnt happen,. In any event, we are finnaly both sporting some hair we adore. Well, lets be honest, Brandy had awesome hair the entire crisis. So...I am finally sporting hair I adore!

Who's That Girl??

Who's that girl? The shot below is what became our promo shot for Brandy's reality series Brandy: Back to Reality. The one to your left...how can I explain this? One word: Producers. Apparently Brandy, Christina and myself are just no fun on our own and they decided we needed a fourth. Some random woman none of us had ever met. Please, it took me months to even acknowledge Christina had a name, you expect me to just be chummy with some brand new girl we all have nothing in common with just because it's on T.v. I think they were going for a Sex and the City thing. The final result was that Brandy's show did not get picked up. Either way, Brandy is looking good and feeling gorgeous. I congratulate her for not catering to the ridiculous wants of the producers to make a buck.

Our Stylist is creating a new line of skirts, yes, just skirts. We decided to supported him by lending our posing expertise to his portfolio. I must say his styles are sleek and stylish and extremely comfortable. We wish him the best of luck!

Brandy is the Queen of transformation and always has been, in just the last few weeks she has done it again! Here she is with yet another before and after. Gorgeous.

Madonna: Sticky and Sweet

We totally went to the opening night of Madonna's new tour "Sticky and Sweet" at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales on Saturday August 23rd. She is making 50 look goooood! We had a blast and were able to sneak backstage before the show to say hello to Madge who was so happy to see Brandy, they had worked together a few times in the late 90's. Book Release Party!

The release of my first book Kiss and Tell was a tremendous success. The book coupled with my off Broadway show LOLA: Around the World in Eighty Ways has my head spinning. What can I do next? I assure you that I have many things in the works. But for this day I stood and posed, as I do best, enjoying the release of my first book. Kiss and Tell, a sort of 'how to' dating guide. My friends Christina Cocktaylz and Brandy Beavers showed up to celebrate and support me in this new endeavor.

This was a random shot taken of me and Brandy as we were walking to the salon to get ready for the book release party for my first book Kiss and Tell. I decided to post it so you could see a sort of before and after. This is what we look like before we attend an event, before our genius stylist get their hands on us.

Christina showed up at my book release with a new accessory...or two. Is it just me? You can see the difference between these two pictures right? One is from a month ago and the other from just a couple days ago. I can't decide if they are permanent or if her wardrobe crew purchased a top designed specifically for Dolly Parton and just did their best to "make it work". Either way, Christina made quite the splash at my book release.

I found this picture of when I first met Brandy almost a year ago. Isn't this just mad!? It is.

Brandy and I bought some new duds to tool around town with today, girls day out you know. And it was all fine and good until we went out to Club VaNel. We just wanted to dance a little but the paparazzi were everywhere. We let loose eventually but it was difficult with cameras in every direction. Perhaps this will help my show? Who knows. All I can say is even in our worst we looked pretty great tonight! Brandy is working her makeover and bought a dress to go along with it. I myself love my new blue Versace, cra cra right? right. Before the pap could post the pics I thought I would do it on my blog first...here it is, me and B gettin' crunk. No vag shots so stop zooming, no view of my pekachoo.

Makeover

I was feeling down, you know, on account of the most wonderful show ever seeing the worst sales ever.  I decided it must be my sidekicks fault right? I know you don't see me hangin' with Christina ever, she's.. kinda plastic...and boring. Brandy and I hang all the time. She is my idol, thats why she is here. It dawned on me...I'm starring in a show and my idol is dancing and singing back up for me...something is wrong. I decided Brandy needed a makeover to reclaim her own individual star and lets face it, there can only be one blonde. Until LOLA:ATWI80W's dies...I'm that blonde. And besides, Brandy looks amazing, she should thank me...and she will...one day. I'm going to have to take her out on  the town and see what the town has to say about her new look. I personally think she is workin' it!

So. As some of you or many of you may possibly know, my off..off.....off...broa---ok, OFFFF Broadway show LOLA: Around The World in Eighty Ways! is nearing it's close. I'm a titch upset so I went  out and bought me some new hair...extensions...and I got Brandy a hat! We're fierce right?

Hey Everyone! I have a couple pics to post from the Times Square scene in my off Broadway show Lola: Around the world in Eighty Ways! In this scene I play Holly the Hooker, one of the more high priced hookers in Manhattan. She has done it all and seen it all! In this number (Times Unsquared) she sings of her desire to toss away her stiletto boots and candy apple red lipstick to be a broadway star, the true reason she came to New York City.

 

Summer breeze...

It was a beautiful day, my in house photographer and I took advantage of the view from my Veranda and got some shots in. That diet of Gummi Bears, Jelly Beans and Candy Corns is certainly paying off. Discipline girls.

Bad hair day for me, I fired my stylist...and colorist.

I just wanna give a shout out to my dear friend Brandy Beavers for making it to the top 30 in MTV's reality series Legally Blonde The Musical: The Search for the next Elle Woods. She was cut after several auditions and had a blast while filming. I think it came down to age when all was said and done, and the judges said her acting was a little plastic and her dancing was stiff.  Congrats to the winner Bailey!
